"I’ve had State Farm since I think it was 1989, not sure on that one, they have always always come through for me, but this time they really did a good job, my bathroom backed up, the bathroom sink, and I had to have the whole thing ripped out, dried out, and put back together, not only did they treat me with respect, but anybody who came out to do the inspection just was fantastic, they put me at ease, they’re etiquette on the phone. I just couldn’t get over how good they were, I’m pretty sure the guy who had to do the final inspection was Jon, sorry I don’t know his last name, I know there’s bad stories out there when people try to use your homeowners policy, but mine had such a happy ending, so kudos to Glenn Horton, all the staff, and kudos to the claim department at all of their staff. Thank you for your compassion."

"I have had insurance with Glenn Horton's office for years and always had excellent service but they just went way beyond! We purchased a new car and were given a quote for coverage. A couple of days later Glenn's office was informed their quote was incorrect and the coverage would be $200+ more. Instead of accepting this, Debbie contacted the corporate office and started asking questions. Long story short, it was discovered there had been a glitch somewhere and the coverage cost was corrected to a little under the original quote. This was not a simple process for Debbie. It took a lot of time and effort on her part to get this fixed. I called to thank them for this effort and Glenn said that is what our job is. What a wonderful attitude. It's why I've stayed with them so long!"
